 Direct Outsource

For Direct Outsource service, Manforce Group collaborates directly with customers on the foreign workforce application depending on customers’ quota. In order to play an effective role in customers’ value creation, Manforce Group is now focusing and promoting solutions and services that help customers to manage the entire recruitment engagement and operation.

 

 Contract Worker

For contract worker services, the quota for foreign workforce application belongs to Manforce Group of subsidiary companies which licensed by Malaysian Government to manage and supervise these workers from manufacturing and services sector. In manufacturing, sub-contract workers will be responsible for the output of production and general workers will be doing cleaning and sanitation services.

 
 
 
 

There are 2 packages offered by Manforce Group under Direct Outsource and Contract Worker. Customers can sign either full or semi package with us:

 

Full Package:

Foreign worker will be fully managed by Manforce Group and our customers will enjoy all mode of value-generating services that lies within our commitment towards achieving customers’ satisfaction.

Semi Package:

Foreign worker will be partially managed by Manforce Group except transportation and accommodation arrangement. Customers will enjoy all mode of value-generating services based on the agreeable commitment set between Manforce Group and customers.

Job Order Setting

We hold detail discussions with our customers to form a set of Job Order and setting out to find the right candidate that fits certain criteria prior to the recruitment engagement. The criteria may include and not limited to physical and mental health, age from 18 – 35 and related working experience. This is to ensure that worker will be able to develop and sustain a happy and productive working relationship with their employer due to their living and working conditions are met.

 

Orientation and Briefing

There will be a minimum of 2 times briefing to be conducted to all workers. First briefing will be held in the source country through our overseas partners and the second briefing will be conducted in Malaysia by our team of experience interpreter and local consultants subsequently to their arrival. The content will be more likely on the wages, job scope, working environment, employer background, rules and regulations of the company that stated in their working permit.

 

Medical Examination and Bank Account Opening

All new worker will be arranged for medical examination in medical centre registered with FOMEMA to certify the suitability of a foreign workforce for employment in Malaysia. Nevertheless, each of the new workers are required to open a saving deposit accounts with local bank which allows salary to be deposited, withdrawn and transferred by the account holder.

 
 

Foreign worker’s Insurance

Manforce Group is also one of the agent employed under Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad. We offered three main foreign worker’s insurance which consist of Foreign Worker Insurance Guarantee (FWIG), Foreign Worker Compensation Scheme (FWCS) and also Foreign Worker Hospitalization Scheme (FWHS).

 

Customer Service & Support Team

We have a dedicated team that form by local staff and foreign interpreter to manage and monitor the workers’ work performance, attitude and attendance as and when it is needed to ensure they make their best contribution to their employer.

Accommodation and Transportation

We provide comfort and clean hostels with 24-hour security for the workers according to the location near to their working place. The hostel will be monitored by experience supervisors who speak the worker’s language. Transportation services such as vans and buses is available to shuttle the workers to and from work safely on time.

Interview and training. An interview will be arranged in source country by our overseas partners to best match our customers’ recruitment criteria. There are training centre has been set up to provide basic skill sets training such as electronic parts assembly or production materials knowledge and more to the shortlisted candidate in the source country. In addition, our overseas partners will ensure all workers to go through medical checks before departure arrangement has been made.

 
 
 
 

  Operation Management

 
 
 

In Manforce Group, we put customer at the heart of everything we do, working to continually improve the quality of service we provide, incorporating sustainable and responsible business practices into our products and services to meet the needs of our customers now and in the future.

As such, all the operations and process in our extensive list of services are regularly monitored and measured.

 

A. Application of approvals from Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN).

B. Submission and interview arrangement with KDN, Biodata selection of quality manpower (upon KDN approval letter), interview arrangement at source country with employer (upon requested by employer), endorsement of public notary, attestation of documents at Embassy, application of calling visa (CV), preparation and submission of documents to Immigration (FOMEMA, permit renewal, worker permit sticker, special pass), arrange clearance for workers at airport and counselling team to brief new workers after their arrival.

 

C. Manforce Tracking System (MTS). It has been utilised to keep track activities of all workers before and after they departed from their home country to Malaysia. This e-system is also open for our overseas partner to view and update workers’ data and it is linked with local system in Manforce Group. With this technology, we are able to improve our entire business workflow and to contribute to paperless environment in the office. There are 3 main function in MTS which included operation, transaction and reporting.

  • Operation - To capture foreign worker’s personal information and status tracking of standard processes in Malaysia.
  • Transaction - To allow digital forms generation in order to execute the movement of workers after all the standard processes.
  • Reporting - To enable the decision maker to enhance or improve efficiency or capability in particular field.
