• Handling day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for Sales Team in the sales department.
• Perform outbound calls to promote services and generate targeted sales lead for the company.
• Identifies prospects and call prospective customers to solicit business.
• To resolve team and customer issues, work closely with team members to provide solution.

• To take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between sales persons and customers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary school/SPM/Ö”Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/Ä”Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Management /Marketing or equivalent.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, BM, Mandarin or other Chinese dialects will be ideal.
• Possess good telephone etiquette and persuasion skills.
• Must be result-oriented, self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to lead, supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure smooth and efficient running of the Accounts Dept.

• Responsible for oversea day to day operations of Accounts Dept.

• Preparation of Consolidated at Group level financial / management reports (Monthly / quarterly and year end closing) statutory reporting, cash flow.

• Prepare annual budget, forecast and variance analysis and present to Management discussion.

• Manage all accounting and tax compliance functions in accordance with statutory and tax requirements.

• To prepare and monitor audit and tax schedule for annual filing.

• To maintain and monitor CAPEX/ PER/ OPEX and progress report.

• To coordinating & maintain administrative in Accounts function which including GL/AP/AR & Cash management.

• To perform system reviews which compliance with Company policies and increase systems efficiency.

• Able to liaising with banker/ external auditor/ tax consultant/ government authorities and inter-dept colleagues in relation of Finance/ Account issues.

• Any other tasks that assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• A member of MIA and a qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years relevant experience, with audit environment will be preferred.

• Good organizational and planning skills, resourceful with high degree of professional integrity

• Experience with PLC reporting standards and requirements

• Committed sense of urgency, responsible and accountable

• Reasonably strong in financial analysis and consolidation works.

• Sound knowledge of taxation, financial instruments and financial control.

• Analytical, dynamic, a team player and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a proactive approach in work.
